Two bands, two cities, one joyful sound!

Togetherness! began in Montreal in 2016, and the Boston edition was born in 2019. Both groups have been active across Canada and the US, performing joyful, adventurous, swinging music from South Africa and beyond. At the heart of the music are compositions by Abdullah Ibrahim, Dudu Pukwana, Johnny Dyani, William Parker, Don Cherry, Ellwood Epps, and more. The band you'll hear brings together some of the strongest, freest, and most distinct musicians around in a highly unified group sound which aims to uplift the band and listeners together.
